The Basic Training Academy is one of the original military bootcamp fitness programs in suburban Chicago with its roots dating back to the 1990's. The program focuses on strength, flexibility, and conditioning in an outdoor group setting. Being results focused, our instructors make each workout challenging, fun, and diverse.
